Other: Was walking my dog near 811 S Fess Ave around 12:45p on 5/28/24 when a doe charged at us and would not leave us alone. A gentleman stopped his car since he saw what was happening and assisted in making sure we were able to get away. Assuming a fawn is nearby given the behavior. This keeps happening on a regular basis around Elm Heights and I do not feel safe walking around my own neighborhood due to the deer being too aggressive towards both humans and dogs.
