Animal Control & Neglected Pets:

Other: the owner of 713 S. Clifton Avenue not only has dogs that continually bark, but the cats belonging to the house are left unattended to roam the street, killing baby birds/bunnies in their nest. Yesterday one of the cats aggressively ran at me in our yard. Its very disturbing to see such neglect with animals. It makes me wonder if they are not being fed properly.
