Anita - Upon checking our GIS and the Plat map, I can confirm what Tim is saying is correct. I am not aware of CBU doing any work on this pond, but it could be possible that if the condition was poor enough and it was impeding stormwater flow, then CBU could have done maintenance on this, though this is not common practice. Generally, in cases like this, maintenance of the pond is the responsibility of the HOA or adjacent homeowners. This would be something to check with your HOA (if there is an HOA) about, as there is usually an agreement or list of items that the HOA is responsible for that is maintained by the HOA. Hi Anita - the detention pond just north of your house actually isn't on park property -- it's in a parcel owned by "Monroe Co Housing Solutions," which would lead me to believe it's managed by a HOA or similar neighborhood group. I believe CBU did some work on this pond a few years ago as it seemed neglected. I'm going to pass this on to CBU for further verification and any potential assistance.
