Other: How can I see what the status of certain cases us. For instance: what is the status of case #188394 (May 12, 'Pressure Washing' sign on pole at 2001 S Rogers)? On May 30 it still was there. Since you are no longer sending out conformation emails with a link to the specific case, I cannot follow up myself, as I used to do. Thank you.
