City of Bloomington, Indiana

closed: Resolved #188731

Street Trees:

Other: Large (beautiful) sycamore on the SE corner of Fess/11th is encased in vines, some of which are poison ivy. This is right by the sidewalk, and appears to be in the City ROW. Is the trimming of the vines the responsibility of the owner? Elevate says IU owns this parcel. It looks like the vines are so heavy that it is stressing the tree. There is also a large maple (?) just east of it that has some vines, but it only looks like a Euonymous.
