Other: Path/sidewalk along north side of Rogers (between High and Winding Brook Circle) is substantially overgrown, reducing effective width by almost 50% in places. There is a good amount of poison ivy included. This is a recurring problem that needs to be permanently addressed. I've reported this issue multiple times over the past couple summers. If this is city's responsibility could it be a regularly scheduled maintenance item?
