Other: People speed out of RCA Park (and this has happened after criminal activity as well), so can traffic calming devices such as speed bumps please be considered?

Sam, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. There is actually a project that adds traffic calming to W Countryside Ln. with proposed speed humps near the intersection of RCA Park Dr. This project is linked here: https://bloomington.in.gov/engineering/projects/countryside These additional traffic calming features along with the existing speed humps at RCA Park should help curtail speeding traffic in this area. I informed the complainant that he would need to voice his concerns to the Traffic Commission, as the police department did not have any control as to where traffic calming devices may be placed.
