Hi Ellen,
I apologize for the issue with uReport mobile. Usually, this can be corrected by clearing the cache on your phone's mobile browser. Here's an article with instructions for each of the mobile phone browsers, https://www.wired.com/story/how-to-clear-your-browsers-cache/.
We're working on a new uReport mobile client that will not use the browser's cache and hope to have it out soon.
