Other: Once again, we were woken up in the middle of the night to screams of men yelling in Bryan Park overnight- this time at 3 am, from someone yelling “help” and then laughter and loud conversation. The same men have been sleeping in the Bryan Park shelters for the past several weeks and many neighbors I’ve spoken to are upset about this. These men are extremely disruptive overnight. Please police the rule that no one is allowed to sleep in the parks overnight. I know the bathrooms are locked too then, so where are they going to the bathroom?

Thanks for the report - we received several overnight. We have conversed with BPD and they will be having officers check this location nightly. Please help us by reporting any further issues (or calling BPD directly if needed).
