Other: HAND has left a notice on the "front door" of this house (12th Street side), but the actual door that is used to get into the house is the deck door off the alley. Current tenants probably will never see the notice unless it is moved to the door that they use.

Entering the back yard to post notice on the back door would require opening a gate and entering the yard. This may or may not constitute trespass. The Code only requires that we post the notice on the property. The inspector will be informed of this request.
