Contacted AEG to have them restore the area for the Church.
Other: An area of new sod immediately adjacent to the sidewalk and between the sidewalk and street has collapsed (in some places to a depth of 9 inches) in such a way that it is unsafe for bicyclists or pedestrians who may veer off the sidewalk even very briefly. We believe this sod was laid after the ground was dug for installation of the fiber cable for Gigabit Now. We (University Baptist Church) are not certain of the best agency to contact about the problem, and we are hoping that you will either take care of it or direct us to the correct people to contact. If someone chooses to respond to this concern by phone, please note that we have very limited office hours, but they could leave a voice message. Email is actually best. Thank you! Good morning, I have sent word to AEG, the fiber construction company working with GigaBitNOW, and they should have their project manager reach out to you soon. If you haven't heard anything in the next few days, please give a call to the Engineering Department at 812-349-3913 and we will press the matter.
