Thank you for contacting the Department of Public Works regarding this light trespass issue. The City leases lights from Duke Energy and pays for the ongoing monthly costs with Duke providing the maintenance services. In an effort to effectively, respond to this issue, has the existing lighting fixture been replaced recently. The reason I ask is that Duke Energy has been having issues with their micro LED fixture with has a flat surface. If you could email at smithc@bloomington.in.gov and let me know, I would greatly appreciate it.
