Planning staff have already issued a Notice of Violation and Fines letter to the business and property owner for noncompliant signage displayed without a permit, but the letter has gone ignored. The issue will now need to be enforced by the City Legal Department. Planning staff removed noncompliant signage last week and will continue to remove noncompliant signage.
