Other: We have had water backup every time it rains this spring. This has not been an issue in past years. We have had our main line cleared multiple times and scoped to ensure there are no issues with the line, but continue to get water coming through our flood drain in the basement every time it rains. Please can you sent someone to inspect the main city line on the 8600 block of Clinton Ave S to clear any blockage on your line? We are frustrated with the water backup.
