Other: We received a notice on our door that our water usage was higher than usual--"30 gallons per hour used." Could this be from watering our garden about every-other day over the last couple of weeks? Should we be concerned? Since we can't access the meter ourselves, is there a way we could get meter readings over a two- or three-hour period when we're not intentionally using any water?
