Other: 708 West 8th St. (corner of 8th & Fairview St.) is rarely mowed, is overgrown with invasives- in the front and sidewalk- trees like Chinese elm, poison ivy, Asian bush honeysuckle are growing out of a limestone wall falling onto the sidewalk part on Fairview. Come August kids will walk to school and the whole legnth of that sidewalk including the house on 9th and Fairview has plants coming onto the sidewalk.
