Other: Pothole is in the road near our mailbox. There has been some confusion this year about whether Bloomington is responsible for maintaining the road area in Winslow Farm that circles the islands. We got no snow removal during the snowfall after the first of the year. We have lived in our house since 2015, and the City has always plowed it in winter and filled holes.
