Other: This road has zero sidewalks and no street lamps. Walking pets or even just walking at night to go from 6th to 7th is dangerous. There are a lot of aged trees, so moonlight does not shine through (unless winter). As someone who has lived in the neighborhood for 7 years, I find it scary to walk down this area without proper light.

Ms. Garcia, The City leases street lights from Duke Energy and pays for ongoing monthly costs with Duke providing the maintenance services. Each year, the City enters into a lease agreement with Duke for new installations. In regards to your request, are you referring to N Oak St between W 6th and W 7th St?
