If this is a light trespass issue resulting from one of the new LED street lights along Woodstock Pl, please send me an email at smithc@bloomington.in.gov for a specific If this regarding a specific location. If the issue is a light trespass from an exterior light(s) on a neighbor's private property then that falls under the jurisdiction of Planning and Transportation Department at 812.349.3423.
