Other: Waste, ruined furniture, and trash bags piled beside and scattered around the dumpster for at least a week, littering the road, attracting rats and flies. The Dorchester Townhomes complex repeatedly and persistently makes their trash everyone else's problem. Are there ways the city can help them clean up their act? Thank you!
