As a utility easement, all utility providers (public and private) are allowed to use the easement area. If you know the location of your back property line, measuring 7.5 feet from that line, toward your house, running the full width and parallel with your back property line, will tell you the limits of the easement. You may find a copy of your plat showing this easement on the County's GIS system through Elevate. Find your property by searching your address, click on your parcel, click on the Additional Data tab, then click on Plat Map. Your property corners may be marked with metal posts. If you are unsure of your property lines, you will need to employ a qualified land surveyor.
