Other: There are barking dogs at this address all day long starting very early in the morning. It's especially bad between 8am-12pm. They need to be forced to put up a solid fence around their backyard so their dogs can't see the street or backyard neighbors. When the inhabitants of this house were addressed by the neighbors they threatened to physically harm anyone complaining about their dogs. The police were called last year due to the physical threats. There must be some ordinance about barking dogs all day long. Can you make them put up a solid fence so their dogs can't see anyone who is walking by on the street or in their own backyard?
