Other: Blocked stop sign- I have posted this before, when a food truck parks on Kirkwood in front of the library near Lincoln (north side of the street) the stop sign for west bound traffic is obscured. In the 5 minutes I have been watching, 4 cars have completely run the stop sign. If the sign was in the small planter bed closest to the street or mounted on the same pole as the street sign, this might be avoided. Or at a minimum post no parking sign for tall vehicles. Thanks!
