Other: There have been two men camping in the shelter at Winslow Woods park for well over a week. They sleep on the shelter picnic tables at night and stay all day in the shelter, burning wood in the bbq pit. They have been there every day I have gone to the community gardens for the past few weeks. They seem to be storing their belongings in a maroon vehicle that is always there. It is concerning that these individuals have set up camp in the shelter, which effectively keeps anyone else from using it. I thought the city was prohibiting camping in our parks, but this one has been going on for a while now.
