Other: Above the Hunter foot path between Eastside Drive and Mitchell, there is a low-hanging braided uninsulated metal cable. It seems that every time we walk by, it is hanging lower and lower.

Followed up with Duke today and this is not a Duke wire. I also followed up with xfinity and they are still waiting for a technician to check it out.
