Other: Because of a trailer usually parked here, it can be impossible to drive through when a vehicle is parked across the street. Neighbors and other motorists shouldn’t have to take an alternate route because the roadway is too narrow.

Raye Ann, Can you check on this please, City code states that a minimum roadway width of 12' must be maintained for free movement of vehicular traffic (15.32.140). Currently there is ~11 of roadway width available in this section between the trailer and the other car.
