Other: street lights by old courthouse building downtown in disrepair. Spoke to a City employee (Montell Large) that referred me to this site. Apparently a Chris Smith is responsible for these requests. Please let Mr. Smith know that Montell referred me to him and that these lights are hanging by a thread and need to be fully replaced in order for public safety.
