Other: The issue is with this website/reporting system itself, not the courthouse. There needs to be a nonverbal method of reporting certain things - not the least of which being noise complaints. I lost my voice to cancer years ago, but I did not lose my hearing. I have a particularly loud set of neighbors, and I have been unable to do anything about them because I cannot call to make a complaint. I have seen other noise complaints on this website, and while their circumstances may not be the same as mine, it's clear there is a need for a nonverbal reporting method for noise complaints (as well as other similar non-emergent type issues).
