Other: Two things: One) There is an encampment at 415 S Walnut (in front of iMechanic) that is growing and basically taking over the sidewalk at this point. Please remove them before this gets out of hand. Two) Can we please just add a dedicated category for reporting homeless and encampments on uReport. It is arguably the largest issue facing the city yet there is not a specific category to address it. Let's be honest and direct about the problem so we can actually address it.
