Parks & Rec Buildings:

Other: There are several unhoused men living at the shelter at the Winslow Woods Park between the community gardens and the playground. They have been there for weeks. They left for a day and are back, now with a friend and his dogs. They burn wood in the grill day and night, never leave, and have a car packed with their belongings. They have taken over picnic tables as beds. No one else can use the shelter and it feels unsafe. Running them off for one day is not solving this problem. I do not feel safe going to the community gardens and orchard alone any longer. Why are they allowed to literally camp there? Please make this playground, shelter, and garden area safe again.
