Other: Parking is prohibited on the south side of the street to prevent people from being blocked in. There are “no parking this side” signs posted on that side. The sign in front of 2301 N. Martha St. has disappeared (someone has removed it). The house is used as an AirBnb for up to 10 people so they sometimes have guests that park on the south side of the street and block me in (I live at the end of the street at 2305). I don’t know who took down the “No parking this side” sign, but could the city please replace it / put up a new one?
