Other: There is a downed tree ( a very large limb from a tree) and what appears to be an abandoned car at the deadend of Thornton and Troy Ct. The car has been there much longer than the downed tree limb. I am unsure if the tree is from private property or city owned property but has been down since the bad storm from the end of June....there is also a large section of fence that is down. If this is private property, I am unsure how to get ahold of the owners.
