Abandoned Vehicle:
Other: Black Chevy SUV, backed into parking space. Front passenger window covered with garbage bag, rear area appears to be used for junk storage. No license plates. It's been sitting there for almost 2 months and hasn't moved, no effort to do repairs if that's what is needed. Owners have 2 other vehicles they drive instead. Neighbors don't have parking in the evening and have to park at other buildings. It needs to be towed.
