Water Utility Problems:

Other: It seems like there are two account numbers on my address. I have been paying my bills every month consistently. Your system accumulates the same amount of payments for two different accounts. The online system prompted me to pay the same bills for two different accounts. I checked every single month of my current account and all is paid. There are two transactions that are paid one is 169.24 and 84.62 that needs to be disputed immediately. I called the bloomington utilities many times but I can't receive any response. Can you please guide me how to remove one of these accounts so this will not happen in the future? Once again I paid my bills on time consistently and I have an evidence of it. Sincerely, Sophia
