Ryan, We have issued tickets for the overgrowth, but this property is owner occupied, so we have no jurisdiction over the vehicle. John

A CSS can assist with the inoperative vehicle, but would this be something that HAND would like to address with BPD? The property is severely overgrown, so I wasn't sure if this was an address that HAND was already working with?
