Other: After the wind storm prior to July 4th. a tree blew down in the street at my property located 1601 s. walnut. in an attempt to clear the street, city worker pushed the tree against the home located there. the branches on the tree caught under the rubber portion of the roof on the home. the tree lifted the rubber membrane causing a leak into the home. i need to know who i can contact for relief from repair cost from this incident. i would hope the operator of the equipment did not realize the damage caused and that is why it was not reported or brought to my attention. just need to know who to contact. if i need to come in person still just need to know whom to contact. your cooperation would be greatly appreciated.
