Other: Shrubs,weeds,brush and small trees have been cut down by someone and not removed, this area has also been sprayed with some type of Herbicide, that killed a lot of the grass, etc. In addition this trail was sprayed without any warning to the general public! Grass is being mowed along the trail without any attempt to clean up the mess made by whoever sprayed and cut the brush. This all needs to be cleaned up.
