Other: The scooter is still on the corner of 3rd Street and Meadowbrook, blocking the handicapped-accessible sidewalk ramp. This issue will eventually lead to an accident. Please immediately remove this nuisance from the sidewalk accessibility ramp. I went outside at 5:09 PM and took the picture uploaded here.
