Other: Near the north west corner of my property (801 S. Anita St) there is an uncovered opening to fibre optic conduit. I reported this to a non-city contact for the company (project manager Richard __Heart(?) phone number is 517-302-1270)a Few weeks ago but no action has been taken. Same gentleman to whom I reported some lawn damage caused by their horizontal boring machine, much earlier. Also no action.
