Other: There are a few potholes along the curb on East 4th Street that might hinder artist s from vending during the 4th Street Festival on Labor Day weekend. There are a few in front of 424 East 4th Street on the south side of the street near the curb. And another against the curb just west of 420 East 4th Street.
