Other: We were walking down the B-line trail north of Hopscotch and south of Kroger when we saw one of the security patrol mini trucks swerve at a high speed around two women who were walking south towards us. He seemed to be going way too fast for B-line traffic. I think the license plate number was MT415A. He swerved around us and sped south.
