Other: Car is parked facing against the flow of traffic, in a no-parking zone, forcing drivers to be unable to park in the right area outside of their residence and causing safety issues with the flow of traffic down Woodlawn Avenue. Car has been parked for multiple hours and has not been removed. It is blocking the street from being used properly. I have not been able to park since I left this morning and when I left this morning I almost got hit by a car trying to squeeze into my car as well as having people almost get in accidents over this.
