Drainage or Runoff:

Other: I live at 3230 S Abby Lane. One one side of my house is a water drain from the culdesac. It has had so much sand and debris is no longer drains down the hill as it should. It overflows and washes out my stairs I have to the trail. I have cleaned it numerous times but I get poison ivy and seen several snakes. Neither are my cup of tea. I think it should be dug out better and a solution found for it to flow down the hill and not over my steps. On the other side of my house there are several trees down on the city property. Trees were removed and just pushed over. Due to the fact I am at the bottom of the hill all of the leaves and sticks run down and clog at the bottom. The water backs up and is washing out my yard. I have more and more holes in my yard where it is washing from underneath and there are more logs exposed that much have been buried under my yard that I now have to mow around. The water and mud flow over the trail and it leaves a terrible mess. I go shovel it off and try to keep the trail clean. Several people have asked if I work for the city because I am always down there trying to clean it up. I am getting old and tired. I would love for the city to push all of the mess to another area so the water will actually drain to the drain hole in the field across the trail as it was meant to do. There has to be a better solution. I am upset I would so hard on my house and both sides are getting washed away.
