Other: At the corner of Washington and first there has been a car parked in the bike lane for weeks and now there are two cars parking in the bike lane. The curb is painted yellow indicating no parking. Sometimes the cars have tickets on them but most of the time they don’t. That intersection is already not safe for cyclist and it’s compounded by cars always being parked in the bike lane
