Looking at historic aerial imagery, there has been a gravel drive in this location where the car is parking for at least the past 19 years. It appears to have grown up with vegetation over the past couple years and will need to be maintained to ensure vehicles are not parking on grass going forward. Planning staff will investigate and issue a Notice of Violation warning letter for Parking on Unimproved Surface along with the City's driveway standards, if necessary.
