Other: Good morning, There is quite a lip on the (much broken up and repaved this summer) street in front of our house, located at 1019 S Hawthorne Drive. It's been there for years, and our garbage cans keep falling backwards because of the difference between the road surface and the ancient in-need-of repair culvert in front of our house. Our neighbor, at 1026 Hawthorne Drive, had the same issue and said I could ask for the same remediation that fixed their problem - a fresh pour and grading of the asphalt shoulder in front of their house. Is this possible? I think the garbage truck folks would be grateful for this fix, too. Thank you so much! Christena Nippert-Eng

James, Can you take a look at the culvert? Street did not pour the concrete across the road.
