Utility Construction Projects:

Other: Fiber optic installation created some cylindrical holes in the concrete and asphalt about 6" in diameter in various locations. At this intersection, there is one that was apparently refilled with gravel, but another was left open and a stepping hazard. It is on the north part of the intersection, just north of where 11th crosses and closer to the east side of the street than the west. We found a concrete core by the side of the road that likely came out of the hole originally so we placed it back in the hole, but it sunk down a ways because it was unsupported beneath and now it needs to be topped off with gravel or the core should be removed and the entire hole filled with gravel.
