Other: The street light at Rogers and Kirkwood has been horrible since they did construction last year (or whenever it was, I don't know how long ago). It takes forever to change, always turns out the green turn left turn light even if no one is turning. It makes me avoid the light and drive through the neighborhood, which I'm sure is frustrating to people in the neighborhood as I can't be the only one doing that. Combined with the no (right) turn on red at this light, it's extremely frustrating, especially at night when no one is around. Thank you.
