Other: Walk sign to cross high street came on with audio "cross high street" at the same time the left arrow of traffic on hillside was given a protected green. I confirmed both white wall sign, audio crossing notice, and the green protected turn light were all on simultaneously. Almost got struck by a turning car (car making left turn from east hillside northbound onto high street). Request was made using the pedestrian cross button on the northwest corner of hillside and high. Thank you for looking into this.
