Other: Noticed the installation of speed monitoring bands the other day at Morningside and Sheffield. Can you explain the purpose? Curious as recent traffic calming was installed so not sure if it is monitoring for improvements, considering some alterations, or a different purpose. Thank you. Greenway improvements have been helpful in whole.
